Appreciated the emphasis on truth
This was page turning good! It was also very interesting philosophically. I do enjoy an entertaining book that makes me think too.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book as I have all the others I've read. Hard to put it down as as usual.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It is a well-written book that makes you think about Right and Wrong. It shows what would happen if there was not any boundaries. It showed how a pychological goverment experiment on different personalities, can go airy and what some people are trying to figure out on how to control others. This is a Book that many folk can relate to in a way with what happens in everyday life, it will keep you thinking through out the book.
Keep books at my house for the grand-kids. I always read them first. Nightmare Academy is a very interesting book. Possibly a little too technical for some, but not for most teens who are techno savvy. Exciting in some parts. As with many series' the first book was GREAT and this one is good. Will definitely be interested in purchasing the next book in the series for my grand-kids. Good for discussion and fun conversations. Sure beats the "when I was your age" one sided discussions.

Nightmare Academy (The Veritas Project Book) Is about examining the apparent facts to establish whether they stand the tests of truth. In my college course on philosophy I learned to pay close attention to the wording of a statement or question. By rephrasing the thought or question, I could test the truthfulness or falsehood of the statement or question.
Not just for kids! I didn't know what to expect from this book, but true Frank Peretti style it grabbed hold and didn't let go!!! The storyline really reminded me of what's happening in public schools today, as well as too many of today's parenting and how God is viewed. No absolutes, up is down, down is up, no rules... A must read for young and old!!!
